Section 184 Home Loans
On April 4th, 2023, information will be available regarding Section 184 home loans for Native American households. A representative will be at the Ki-Ho-Ta building conference room from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with handouts, and to answer any questions you might have. Please try to stop by if this is something you would be interested in!

Elder Housing
Quapaw Nation Elder Housing, located on land behind the Title VI complex on Whitebird St. in Quapaw, Oklahoma. There are currently 14 one-bedroom duplexes, six two-bedroom duplexes, two of them being handicap accessible, and six one-bedroom triplexes. Homes are for our Elders who are age 62 or over. Each unit includes all appliances as well as a safe room located in the master closet. The homes are adjacent to the Title VI dining room, the Tribal Library, and the Museum in Quapaw, which will enhance the quality of life for our Elders.
