The Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA) Rehab Housing Program provides a grant to fund services to repair, renovate, replace, or provide housing for low-income families having substandard housing or who are without housing. The service area for this assistance is all of Ottawa County, OK, and within 50 miles of the tribal administration building into Kansas and Missouri. The program is meant to provide safe, secure, and sanitary housing to approved / eligible applicants according to the following priorities:
- Enrolled Quapaw Tribal members
- Quapaw Tribal members by descent
- Members of other federally recognized tribes

Due to the NAHASDA GRANT funding being cut to smaller amounts and material cost being so high at this time, we are suspending the acceptance of new applications beginning May 19th, 2021 until further notice (per BC).
