The Quapaw Nation of Oklahoma owns and operates two childcare centers, the O-Gah-Pah Learning Center and the Downstream Learning Center.
The O-Gah-Pah Learning Center (OLC) is tribally licensed and operated by the Quapaw Tribe and built with Childcare Development Fund (CCDF) funding. The OLC provides childcare for children six weeks to 12 years old. Tribal subsidy accepted.
The Downstream Learning Center is a childcare center that accommodates ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Tribal and state subsidies are accepted.
Both facilities provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment that meets the health, safety, and emotional needs of children.
